Look for his new venture with his wife, Michele in South city St. Louis in a new area becoming known as SOHA. There, “Onesto Pizza & Trattoria" will be born in the beginning of 08’! Artisan pizzas, pastas, salads & appetizers all served in a Family Style setting. You will also be able to take home some of Chef Vito’s homemade sauces and menu items for your own dinner parties or quick family meals.
